Our customer receive machine and the machine is rotary CNC router with DSP controller.

The machine can't go to origin. After one afternoon with our technician and we found it is the rotary limit sensor problems. The lilmit sensor need to be with the exact distance with the ball screw on the rotary.  It need to test. So we help customer to find the solutions.

The applicable materials, such as, wood, solid wood, wood panel, MDF,acrylic,double ABS board,etc. The woodworking CNC Router 1325 is equipped with HQD 4.5kw water/air cooling spindle and Leadshine stepper motor and driver, Taiwan Hiwin linear rails, all famous brand parts have the characteristics of high precision, high speed, smooth operation and longer service life. The control system can be optional between DSP offline and NC studio, the former DSP offline just needs copy the file to USB disc, then plug the USB disc into DSP handle controller, so as to output from woodworking cnc router 1325 machine conveniently and efficiently; the latter NC studio control system needs connect to computer to work, however, one of  advantages is that can simulate the work before output from woodworking CNC Router 1325 machine.
